Mark
A. Yeoman, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Yeoman completed his undergraduate
studies at Princeton University and the University of Arizona,
and earned his Medical Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
He completed his internship and residency at Baylor College Affiliated
Hospital; a Fellowship in Pulmonary Disease at that institution;
and a Cardiology Fellowship at Baylor/St. Luke's.
He is certified by the American Board of
Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and the Subspecialty of Cardiovascular
Diseases. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
He and his wife, Jacqueline, have two children.
Jon E. Heine, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Heine received his undergraduate degree from
DePaw University and earned his Medical degree from the University
of Missouri. He completed an Internship at the University of Missouri;
an Internal Medical residency and a Cardiology fellowship at that
institution. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine
in Internal Medicine and in the Subspecialty of Cardiovascular Diseases
and Interventional Cardiology. He is a Fellow of the American College
of Cardiology. Dr. Heine and his wife, Suzy, have two children.
Charles
H. Caplan, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Caplan received his undergraduate degree from
Dartmouth College and earned his Medical Degree from Stanford University
School of Medicine. He completed an Internship and Residency in
Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and a Fellowship in Cardiology
at Boston University Medical Center. Dr. Caplan is certified by
the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and
in the Subspecialty of Cardiovascular Disease. He has also received
his certification from The Board of Nuclear Cardiology. He is a
Fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
Harold A. Condara,
Jr., M.D.,
F.A.C.C.
Dr. Condara received his high school diploma
from Strake Jesuit College Preparatory in Houston, Texas and his
undergraduate degree
from the College of the Holly Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.
His Medical Degree was earned from The University of Texas Medical
School in Houston, Texas. He completed an Internship and Residency
in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas Medical School Affiliated
Hospitals in Houston, Texas and a Fellowship in Cardiology at St.
Luke’s Episcopal Hospital/Texas Heart Institute/Baylor College
of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Condara is certified by the American
Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and in the Subspeciality
of Cardiovascular Disease. He is a Fellow of the American College
of Cardiology. Dr. Condara and his wife, Sally, have six children.
